2. Data collected and purposes
The site collects only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact forms (name, e-mail address, message) and the technical browsing data needed for the proper functioning of the site (server logs, IP address). This data is used solely to respond to your requests and to ensure the security of the service.
3. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Technical cookies (always on) — essential for browsing and for storing your consent preferences (fp_consent). They do not require your consent.
- Third-party cookies (optional) — enabled only if you accept. They include cookies set by external services such as Google Maps for displaying interactive maps. These services may transfer data to their respective owners according to their privacy policies.

4. Legal basis and retention
Data provided through the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR) and kept for as long as needed to handle your request, in any case no longer than 24 months. Technical cookies expire within 12 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, as well as to object to the processing and request data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@fattoriapupo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
6. Data transfer
Data is not shared with third parties, nor used for marketing purposes. Any third-party services that may be enabled (e.g. Google Maps) operate under their own policies and may transfer data to non-EU countries in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
